The path that brought me here

Hi, I'm Zoeya.

My daughter was just three years old when I walked away from my marriage. Although it was my decision, it was one of the hardest chapters of my life.

I felt too old, too late, too exhausted, and completely unequipped to start over. I was burnt out, overwhelmed, and carrying the weight of rebuilding a life while raising a little girl who depended on me for everything. Every decision felt heavy. Every day felt uncertain. I couldn't see beyond simply getting through tomorrow.

There were moments when I questioned whether I had the strength to keep going. But giving up was never an option. My daughter deserved a mother who was truly present, and deep down, I believed there had to be another way to live.

What changed my life wasn't one breakthrough. It was hundreds of small decisions made over time.

I became deeply curious about how healing really works. I explored everything I could, from Kundalini, breathwork, meditation, and nervous system regulation to strength training, self-awareness, and learning to question the patterns that had quietly shaped my life for years.

Slowly, something shifted.

I stopped surviving.

I started living.

For the first time, I experienced a sense of peace that didn't disappear when life became difficult. I learned to work with my mind and body instead of constantly fighting them. And perhaps the most beautiful part of that journey has been watching my daughter grow alongside me, becoming more resilient, confident, and emotionally secure as I became those things myself.

That journey became Hearth Circle.

Not because I have all the answers, but because I know how different life feels when someone walks beside you while you find your own.

Why this work matters to me

created Hearth Circle because no one should have to spend years piecing themselves back together alone.

Rebuilding after loss, divorce, separation, emotional abuse, or a major life transition is about so much more than healing. It's about learning to trust yourself again, creating stability for your children, making practical decisions with confidence, and building a future that feels hopeful instead of uncertain.

My intention is: to help shorten that journey. To share the practices, tools, guidance, and trusted support that made the greatest difference in my own life, so you can move forward with more clarity, less suffering, and the confidence to create a life that genuinely feels like yours.

The ground I stand on

I believe every person already holds the capacity to rebuild. Sometimes we simply lose sight of it beneath fear, grief, and survival.

At Hearth Circle, healing is never about becoming someone else. It's about returning to who you were before fear convinced you otherwise.

I believe in combining intuition with grounded action, emotional healing with practical guidance, and compassion with personal responsibility. My role isn't to rescue you or make you dependent on me. It's to help you build the inner stability, self-awareness, and practical tools to navigate life with confidence long after our work together has ended.

Because my greatest hope isn't that you'll need me forever.

It's that one day you'll realise you've become your own safe place.

I support single mothers rebuilding their lives after the end of a relationship. Together, we'll create stability without losing who you are, while strengthening the connection you have with your children along the way.

Through Hearth Circle, I help you move from emotional overwhelm to steadier ground within a few months and create a future that feels aligned with who you are and one you genuinely look forward to. This isn't about pushing through or starting over from scratch. It's about finding your footing again with clarity, confidence, and the right support beside you.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: you shouldn't have to do this alone. Support already exists, but when you're overwhelmed, it can be difficult to know where to begin or who to trust. I help you navigate that path by bringing together emotional guidance, practical tools, and trusted professionals, so you don't have to carry every decision on your own.

Because when you feel safe, grounded, and supported, your children feel it too. And when families become stronger, the impact reaches far beyond the home, creating healthier, more connected communities.

Find stability in the storm

This is how I found stability in the storm.
I began creating a new path by choice. I placed these affirmations on my wall, and slowly, they gave me hope, direction, and steadiness.
I share them here in the hope that they offer you guidance too.

MIND BODY SPIRIT

Here is a point where people move differently.
How would you move through it differently?

I make better, healthier relationships with people.
I am a work in progress.
I release old habits and create new trails.
Each day, I am getting better.
I am in charge of the direction of my life.
I am not defined by my past.
I grow through my struggles, roadblocks, and rejections, and I create opportunities.

I am not here to play small, to wait, to doubt, or to react.
I am here to expand, to lead myself into the unknown, and to trust the version of me who already lives that future — real, accessible, and calling me forward every day.

I change my energy, and I change my life.
I am rebuilding from truth, not force.
I trust myself to respond, not react.
I release urgency. I choose steadiness.
This moment is not permanent.
Tomorrow is not coincidence; it is an invitation.
Even if I fail, I have many more chances, and I keep going until I do it right.

I am ready to choose again.
I am ready to choose differently.
I am ready to live fully awake.
My answer now comes with certainty.
Yes. I am ready. I remember who I am. I create my reality.

We take clear-headed, rational, grounded thinking and pair it with intuition. Together, these two forces guide life forward — cutting a new path through the jungle, one that feels steady, intentional, and true to you.
If you feel ready for the work, you’re welcome to get in touch for a 1:1 discovery call for guided support.

🪶A letter to all moms

Dear Mum, I see you and you are not alone,

I know you are carrying more than you ever expected to. The responsibilities, the decisions, the constant juggling, it's a lot for one person. Being a one-woman show is exhausting, and most days it feels like there aren't enough hours, enough energy, or enough support to hold everything together.

I know you carry worries about your children and their future. I know you try to stay strong for them while your own heart feels heavy. And you are tired of making every single decision on your own, about school, money, routines, meals, safety, the future… just everything. It's relentless and no one really sees how much you carry behind the scenes.

I know the mix of emotions that come with all of this, anxiety, fear, shame, guilt, anger, loneliness, "Why me?" moments, the "Will this ever get better?" nights… and that strange grief of losing something you no longer even want.

These feelings are not a flaw. They are valid. And they make sense.

Then there are co-parenting, communication issues, triggers, and emotional reminders that show up even when you are trying to move forward. Staying calm while dealing with someone who hurt you, disappointed you, or still tries to control parts of your life requires a strength most people never talk about.

And of course, there's the fear of starting over, emotionally, financially, socially. When your identity shifts overnight but the rebuilding takes years.

One day you are in a relationship for life, and the next, you are navigating everything alone. That transition is real, confusing, messy and it takes time.

But here is the truth:

Your transition is not a failure, it’s a transformation.

And how quickly it becomes lighter depends on how supported you feel, how willing you are to let go of what no longer serves you, and how open you are to meeting the new woman you’re becoming.

And I want you to remember this with your whole heart:

No matter what you have been through, you can fall in love with your life again.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You don’t have to be strong every moment.
You don’t have to walk this part alone.

You don’t have to guess your way through healing or rebuilding.

I am here with you, steady, grounded, and holding the light until you can hold it yourself.

To be your quiet reminder that even when your sky feels grey —you’ll be your own freaking ray of sunshine.

With much compassion,
You are not alone.

Zoeya

If you see yourself in these words and feel drawn to take a small, steady step forward, you don’t need to be ready or certain.

You are welcome here, exactly where you are today.
